Summary

Candi Unlimited are looking for Youth Workers and other volunteers to join our team! We are looking for support within our youth space sessions.

Detailed description

CANDI Unlimited offer a space for all of the community including young people.

We are looking for enthusiastic youth workers and other volunteers that are looking to support during these sessions when ever possible. we understand and apricate that this may not be a regular commitment, however are keen to seek and put together a bank of people who are able to support at varied times.

Volunteering can have significant benefits for not only the young people but also for you.

  1. Skill Development: Volunteering provides an opportunity to learn and develop new skills. Whether you are looking to enhance practical abilities or improve personal qualities, volunteering can be a valuable learning experience.
  2. Building Connections: Life changes can sometimes leave us feeling isolated. Volunteering helps you reconnect with your community and create new friendships, combating loneliness and fostering connections with others.
  3. Health and Well-Being: Staying active—both mentally and physically—positively impacts health and well-being.
  4. Giving Back: If you’ve benefited from support services or simply feel fortunate, volunteering allows you to give back.
  5. Confidence Boost: Volunteering can help rebuild confidence, especially after setbacks like job loss. It allows you to find your footing at your own place, contributing to personal growth and self - assurance.

Remember, volunteering isn’t just about giving; it’s also about receiving—whether it’s new skills, friendships, or a sense of purpose. we are able to offer supervision support and training opportunities.
