Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance (including Go Volunteer Glos) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We use the DeedMob system to automatically match your profile with volunteering opportunities.


If your profile matches the criteria of a role, you may receive an automated notification.


No legally binding or similarly significant decisions are made solely through automated processing. There are no consequences if you choose not to respond.

DeedMob acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement.


Partner Organisations


If you log into another organisation’s website using your Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance account (via the DeedMob platform), your profile information will be shared with that organisation from the point of first login.

6. International Transfers


DeedMob B.V. is based in the Netherlands (European Union).


The UK has granted the EU an adequacy decision, meaning personal data transferred to the Netherlands is considered adequately protected under UK data protection law.

  • Profile data is retained while your account remains active.
  • We may periodically contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep your account open.
