About Our School

Sherborne C of E Primary is a small, friendly, and vibrant school at the heart of its village community. The school is dedicated to providing a warm and nurturing environment where every child thrives. The mission is simple: to inspire a love of learning, foster curiosity and independence, and create unforgettable educational experiences that prepare their children for the future.

As part of the Corinium Education Trust, Sherborne C of E Primary School has its own Local Governing Body, which plays a vital role in supporting and challenging the school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

About Corinium Education Trust

The Corinium Education Trust is a growing multi-academy trust, currently made up of four schools: Cirencester Deer Park School, Chesterton Primary School, Kemble Primary School, and Siddington C of E Primary School. In 2024-25, two additional primary schools will join and we are excited to open a new primary school in September 2026, serving the families of The Steadings, a new residential development in Cirencester.

Each school within the Trust has its own Local Governing Body, and we are looking for committed individuals to join us as school governors.
