Summary
The role is to receive online shop orders and process them and posting orders to customers. A simple spreadsheet and sending emails also included.Detailed description
Working from home you will receive online shop orders via email. Each order is recorded on a spreadsheet, the items are packaged (usually an envelope) and posted. Whilst stamps will cover many posting some items will need to be taken to a post office for the correct amount of postage. You will also send a "Thank You" email. Orders being sent abroad will also need a Customs form completed online - a simple process that only takes a few minutes.
You will hold a small amount of stock and be re-supplied as needed. You will receive full training and ongoing support from the Trustee responsible for commercial matters. Currently we handle circa 7 to 10 orders per week and we turn the orders around within 24hrs.
