We have opportunities for Car Park & General Duties people at Norchard Station to inform, help & guide our passengers and visitors at Norchard Railway Station, Forest Road, Lydney GL15 4ET.
This role includes helping visitors & passengers by organising DFR's large car parking facility, optionally assisted by DFR's walkie-talkie links. Parking cones and tape are sometimes used during busy periods.
This outdoor role includes providing general information to our passengers and other duties that may occur during a running day.
Passenger's Dogs may also figure in this role.
Dean Forest Railway normally open Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Knowledge of the Railway time table for the day would be most helpful.

DFR runs steam & diesel trains hauling heritage carriages and Diesel Railcars (DMUs).
We have 3 steam engines of our own in service, a mix of Diesel locomotives and two sets of Railcars (DMUs)
We have opportunities for Platform Porters at Norchard Station to inform, help & guide our passengers and visitors at Norchard Railway Station, Forest Road, Lydney GL15 4ET.
