The commercial arm of the Dean Forest Railway has opportunities for ticket office & information staff along with shop assistants based at Norchard Station.Detailed description
You will be politely greeting and then dealing with the general public / passengers. Often the ticket office shop staff are the first DFR people that our passengers meet. It's great to make good, first impression !
The role includes taking money, making contactless transactions and finding answers to passenger's questions.
