Summary

We are looking for support in our warehouse, sorting stock and restocking our parcel packing room on weekday afternoons.

Detailed description

We have multiple opportunities within our Warehouse team, for volunteers to work towards a city free from Financial poverty and hunger.

Warehouse sorting and stocking volunteer

Our emergency parcel service is busier than ever as we enter the winter months. To support this increased demand, we are looking for enthusiatic volunteers who would be available 2-4pm on weekdays to support our stock room. This role involves some sorting of donations that we receive at our warehouse, alongside organising and restocking our parcel pick room to ensure we are well-prepared to pack parcels the following morning. The ability to read packaging on products, understand expiry dates and light manual handling of stock crates is required. Full training and support will be provided.

We are a charity committed to equitable opportunities and inclusion, and value a diverse network of voluntary workers, including those with lived experience.
