Summary
We would like volunteers to help with sorting, cleaning if necessary, and putting away donations of clothing, toys, books and equipment in our warehouse unitDetailed description
Volunteers can come in any weekday between 9am and 2pm to help by ensuring all our donated items are stored in the right places to enable our staff member to prepare referrals efficiently.
Ideally we would like volunteers to commit to a regular time each week or fortnight. While we are open all year round we do know that some volunteers will be unable to help during school holidays.
By joining us you will be helping to improve the lives of a families who are struggling in many different ways.
About Gloucestershire Bundles
Gloucestershire Bundles is a charity providing emergency packs of toiletries, clothing and equipment to pregnant women and families with children up to the age of 16, who find themselves in crisis situations.
We are a referral only service and so only have direct contact with professional workers, such as Community Family Workers and Health Visitors. If you or someone you know needs emergency support please get in touch with your Midwife, Health Visitor, Social Worker, Children’s Centre or other Professional to make an online referral via our website.
We take donated items that people no longer need in order to provide the required clothing and equipment that is asked for.
