Summary
We are looking for a pool of volunteers to work on our upcoming projects in the Gloucestershire NHS trusts in Gloucester Royal and Cheltenham General.Detailed description
We are looking for volunteers who can offer from weekly to monthly 2 hour window to man our stand in Gloucester Royal or Cheltenham General. We will be in each of the locations once a week for 2 hours. The stand will provide details of Gloucestershire Carers hub to Carers both Carers visiting with Carered for, patients who are Carers and also staff who are Carers. We are looking for volunteers who are able to speak to people in a kind and friendly manner and make them feel at ease. The role will be giving out some information about Gloucestershire Carers hub, how we can support and taking down the name and contact details of anyone who would like us to contact them. You will be meeting a diverse range of people so excellent people skills are needed, if you are able to speak more than one language or have other transferable skills we would love to hear from you.
We will provide a DSB check, plus training which can lead to a recognised qualification, will provide CPD and will always be there to support you.
