Our reading panel give feedback on new and revised carer information. They look at relevance and content to make sure all the information its correct.

Detailed description

Our reading panel give feedback on new and revised carer information. They look at relevance and content to make sure all the information its correct, clear and concise. This can be individually or as a reading group. We welcome all feedback as this helps us provide a meaningful service and is an integral part of our quality process. You will be emailed the piece of work which we would ask for your feedback on the provided form this is your chance to answer questions about the document as well as space to give your own feedback we want to hear what's good and also important what we need to change.

 The ideal person for this role:  

  • Clear spoken communication skills 
  • Good reading skills and ability to spot errors
  • Excellent manner and people skills 
  • Confidence in communicating in person 
  • Pleasant and welcoming manner 
  • Be comfortable volunteering within a group or by yourself 
  • Being able to use your own initiative but be able to ask for help when you need it 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Good timekeeping skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
