Summary

Creative digital businesses or industry professionals to deliver workshops to inspire young people in digital, creative careers

Detailed description

We’re seeking digital creative businesses, or industry professionals—such as game designers, web designers, content creators, app designers, animators, and photographers—to help deliver our Digital Bootcamps for 16-24-year-olds.

As well as focusing on employable skills that can be highlighted on a CV, bootcamps aim to inspire, promote opportunities for careers in Gloucestershire. They focus on developing social skill development, teamwork and networking, and fostering positive interactions, to improve chances of employment, while building confidence in a relaxed environment.

Typically we ask for a commitment of 6 hours of in-person training/support, and an additional 2-4 hours of online mentoring, but again this can be flexible to suit you as a delivery partner.

We will be running them in our Labs (digital makerspaces) across the county in Coleford, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, and Chipping Campden.
