Job Title: Creative Art Volunteer
Location: Stroud
Hours: 10am to 12.30, 12.30-3pm or 10am to 3pm
Salary: Volunteer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our popular Community Hub in Stroud. If you are looking for a role that’s taps into your energy and motivates you, this could be the opportunity you are looking for.
The Community Hub is a place where adults with learning disabilities can come together to make friends, have fun, learn new skills, gain confidence and feel involved in their local community.
We are seeking volunteers to join our Creative Art team on Mondays and Thursdays.
We are looking for a creative, friendly person who is able to encourage and support adults who have learning disabilities to discover their inner artist and crafting ability.
You will work with and be supported by our experienced staff team working with small groups of adults who have mild to moderate learning disabilities in a relaxed social environment.
You will receive:
· Training
· Paid expenses
· Working with a friendly, experienced team
· Opportunities to take part in trips and events organised by the Hub
