Hundred Heroines is seeking a Team Leader to manage and coordinate a small group of volunteers working remotely. What will you do as a Team Leader?

• Oversee a team of remote volunteers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate online activities, including social media campaigns, content creation, and outreach efforts.
• Organise regular virtual meetings with the team to track progress, provide support, and offer feedback.
• Report to the Hundred Heroines management team with updates and recommendations for improving our online presence.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new remote volunteers.
• Ensure that the volunteers feel supported and valued, creating a positive and productive working environment.

What are we looking for?

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A passion for art, photography, and gender equality.
• Experience managing or working with teams, particularly in an online or remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with online platforms (social media, project management tools like Trello or Slack, etc.).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
