Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for leadership, art, and women's empowerment? Hundred Heroines is seeking a Team Leader to manage and coordinate a small group of volunteers working remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our online outreach while contributing to a growing charity dedicated to celebrating women in photography.

What will you do as a Team Leader?
- Oversee a team of remote volunteers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate online activities, including social media campaigns, content creation, and outreach efforts.
- Organise regular virtual meetings with the team to track progress, provide support, and offer feedback.
- Report to the Hundred Heroines management team with updates and recommendations for improving our online presence.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new remote volunteers.
- Ensure that the volunteers feel supported and valued, creating a positive and productive working environment.
What are we looking for?
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A passion for art, photography, and gender equality.
- Experience managing or working with teams, particularly in an online or remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with online platforms (social media, project management tools like Trello or Slack, etc.).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
