Volunteering in our shops is different to working in commercial retail, every day you will be making a difference to people’s lives within your community.

Volunteering in a shop offers a wide range of opportunities.

If you like meeting people, serving behind the till offers the chance to say hello and chat to customers. Steaming clothes behind the scenes is a much appreciated and vital task that always needs undertaking. Displaying stock and sorting goods keeps the shop looking great.

We have 19 amazing shops across Gloucestershire run by a professional team of staff and volunteers. You will be volunteering with a deputy manager or shop manager and directly supporting the provision of Longfield hospice services.
