Do you have the expertise and enthusiasm to guide a dynamic Community Interest Company towards achieving its mission? If so, we invite you to consider joining ReConnect Gloucestershire CIC as a Non-Executive Director.

About Us

ReConnect Gloucestershire CIC is dedicated to delivering community support through one-on-one sessions, group activities, and informative services across Gloucestershire. Our focus is on empowering those impacted by strokes, aphasia, and long-term health conditions to lead fulfilling lives. With a decade of service and our establishment as a Community Interest Company in 2022, we are poised for strategic growth and innovation.

The Role

As a Non-Executive Director, you will:

  • Provide Strategic Oversight: Offer independent oversight and insights to help shape our strategic planning and business development.
  • Ensure Robust Governance: Uphold the highest standards of governance, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Champion Our Mission: Act as an ambassador for ReConnect, fostering relationships with partners and the wider community.
  • Support Leadership: Serve as a critical friend to our CEO, offering guidance and constructive challenge to drive wise decision-making.
