The Cornerstone Centre aims to provide facilities and activities for people of all ages within a Christian context where they feel welcome, respected and safe. We seek to support those at the margins of society, those less powerful, those without a voice in society and those who are most vulnerable because of their age, disposition or circumstance.

We are looking for a Treasurer to join our dedicated and enthusiastic trustee team.

As Treasurer you will maintain an overview of the Cornerstone Centres, financial affairs, and make sure that effective and appropriate financial measures, controls and procedures are in place.

But more than that, as part of our team, you will be helping us to shape our long-term future ensuring that we are responding to, and delivering to the changing needs of our community.

A strong financial background is essential and a knowledge of charity finance would be an advantage.

Your commitment:

Our trustees meet for two hours six times a year with an AGM at the end of April. These meetings are face-to-face and/or virtual and take place on Tuesday afternoons.

Many of our trustees choose to involve themselves with activities at the Centre as their diaries permit.
