At The Welcome Table our aim is to carry out activities to improve how people in and around Matson interact with food from growth to production, cooking and eating.
We are a pay as you can cafe, providing a safe community space to come together, eat together, where all are welcome.
This is not just about serving customers but interacting with the local community and being a friendly face, a listening ear and ensuring all feel welcome and supported.
We are open between 8am to 2pm Monday to Thursday, with our primary need for support being lunchtimes. We are looking for reliability from committed individuals, though can be flexible on hours and consider temporary or long term positions.
We are happy to support ambitions and development goals and welcome enthusiasm to support and promote our aims.
