Summary
We are looking for volunteers for our drop-in on Mondays, Fridays or Saturdays offering food and a kind welcome to our guests.Detailed description
We offer hot, nutritious food on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to our guests in the Stroud area who benefit from the meals and the company we provide. Our volunteers prepare the meals, help the cook, serve the meals and tidy and clean everything up at the end. Some of our volunteers act as supervisors too. Volunteers will also support the other services we provide.
Volunteers are required to attend a minimum of twice a month and tend to help either 9.30 - 12.30 in the kitchen or 12.30 to 3.30 when the drop-in opens. Some do both sessions!
