About CCP - Caring for Communities and People

As a charity delivering services across the South West, CCP prevents the causes, and reduces the effects, of homelessness, family breakdown and social isolation. Last year we supported 9,926 people to access: • safe, stable accommodation to young people, children in care and vulnerable adults • support to avoid someone losing their home • family support to parents feeling overwhelmed • social and friendship groups to avoid, or come out of, isolation. • affordable food and other essentials through our Community Pantry With a head office in Cheltenham, we currently employ 270 staff, backed up by a team of 65 volunteers, and deliver services and projects in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Devon and Dorset.
