Mentor Link

Mentor Link is dedicated to supporting vulnerable and distressed children and young people by providing them with a volunteer mentor. Using Safer Recruiting techniques, fully trained adults will offer listening support and guidance to these young people during difficulties in their lives, which may include self-harm, bullying, traumatic bereavement and family breakdown. The aim of mentoring is to help these young people achieve positive changes and remain engaged with their families, learning and community, and achieve a successful transition to adulthood. The wellbeing of these children and young people forms the focus of our work. Our vision is a world where these young people feel valued and supported.
